Must be 15 years old on or before the final scheduled session of this course.
Swim 150 yards continuously demonstrating breath control and rhythmic breathing, tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs, and swim 50 yards.
Complete a timed event, swim 20 yards dive down 7-10 feet and retrieve a 10lb brick, kick back with brick and get out of the pool within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
Online course is 7 hours, when completed give the instructor a completion report |
