ACCOUNT CREATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
 
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
If you have never rented a Cayman Islands Public Lands (CIPL) facility, please follow the instructions below:
 
Click on the Click here to create a New Account link at the top of this screen.
 
To create an Account, complete the Main Contact form by providing all required information and then click the Next button.
 
Once you have completed the above steps, you will be sent an Account Activation Email. To activate your account, click on the link provided in the email and send a color copy of a valid government issued photo ID via email to plcinspectorate@gov.ky . Authorization of new accounts will be done within 5 business days after all requirements are satisfied.  
 
 
FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
 
If you have rented a facility in the past but do not have an online account or cannot access an existing account, please do NOT create a new account. Please contact us at (345) 946-7110 or email plcinspectorate@gov.ky to activate your existing account. Once we enable your online access, you will receive an Account Activation Email. Follow the instructions to access your online information.
