To book facility and park spaces, you must have an active client account. See below for instructions on creating your account:
ACCOUNT CREATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you have never rented a Central Saanich facility, please follow the instructions below:
To create an account, click
here and complete the form by providing all required information and then click the "Next" button.
Next, check your email. You will be sent an
Account Activation Email to the email address provided when creating your account. To activate your account, click on the link provided in the email within 24 hours of receipt or your account may be deleted.
If you have rented a Central Saanich park or facility in the past but do not have an online account or cannot access an existing account, please do NOT create a new account. Please email
community.services@csaanich.ca to activate your existing account. Once we enable your online access, you will receive an Account Activation Email. Follow the instructions to access your online information.
