If a participant withdraws from a program, 7 days before the program is scheduled to begin, a full refund will be provided.

In the event a participant withdraws from a program less than 7 days before the program is scheduled to begin, a credit will be applied to your account.

No refunds will be issued for programs once sessions have started. In the event of extenuating circumstances, participants may contact the recreation department to arrange for a credit toward another program or a partial refund.

The Town of Berwick reserves the right to cancel programs at our discretion.
