FACILITIES & SERVICES CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

1) BCLS reserves the right to void this use agreement to any outside group due toa scheduling conflict. In the event of cancellation of the use agreement, the
group will be given at least 14 business days’ notice.

2) BCLS reserves the right to immediately cancel any rental due to misconduct or misuse of the facility. In this case, no refund will be given.

3) The User may cancel any reservation up to 10 business days prior to the date
reserved and receive a full refund.

4) Any cancellation made by the User within business days 6 to 9 days prior to the
date reserved will result in the forfeiting 50% of the rental.

5) Any cancellation made by the User 5 or less business days prior to the date reserved will result in the forfeiting 100% of the rental.

6) If a facility deposit was required, the deposit will be refunded in full if & only if the facility is left in the same condition in which it was provided prior to the start of reservation
as determined by the Director of Leisure Services.

7) Renter must claim the deposit within 6 months after the event is completed or the deposit will be lost.
