Cancellations
All classes offered by the Town of Balgonie are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations or due to other extenuating circumstances.
For any cancelled program initiated by the Town, you will be issued either a refund or credit. You will not be charged a withdrawal fee for any Town initiated cancellations. 

Withdrawals
You can now request a withdrawal from activities up to 7 days before the day the activity starts. For example, if an activity begins on Monday, July 6, you will be able withdraw from the activity up to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 28. Withdrawals must occur by phoning the Town Office at 306-771-2284 or sending an e-mail to [email protected]. All withdrawal fees will be applied to the original form of payment. A $10 withdrawal fee will be reduced from your total refund amount. 

Transfers
You may transfer immediately in to another program, subject to availability.
- Pro-rated fees/refunds will be applied to any difference between the two courses.
- The Town does not charge withdrawal fees on transferred programs. 

Late Registrations
Late registrations for programs are accepted if they can be accommodated.
