Cancellation and Refund Policy
Facility Rental Cancellation	Should notice of the facility booking cancellation be received fourteen (14) days prior to the rental date, the municipality will refund 50% of the deposit paid. Should notice of the cancellation of an event be received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the facility rental date the deposit will not be refunded.
Ice Rental Cancellation	All groups shall cancel their ice slot a minimum of (7 days) in advance to the Program Coordinator. Groups with less than one-week notice will be billed 50% of their rental unless waived by the Manager of Facilities, Parks & Recreation. Ice cancelled within 24 hours will be billed at full rate. Tournaments must be cancelled in writing and delivered to the Manager of Facilities, Parks & Recreation no less than 21 days before the rental date or the renter will be billed for every hour that was booked for the tournament day(s). The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie will not be responsible for any failure to provide ice time due to circumstances beyond its control.
Program Refunds	There are no refunds for programs once they have started. In the event of a medical issue, participants can arrange for a credit towards another program offered by the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie. The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie reserves the right to cancel and programs at our discretion.
