Registering For a Class at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

  1. To register for prenatal classes and hospital tours at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, go to "My Account" to create an account.

  2. Due date is a required field.   If this is not applicable, you may use your own birthdate.

  3. You can add others to this account as family members if they need to register for a Child Emergency Workshop.

  4. Activate your account by clicking the link in the activation email sent to the email address you provided when you first create your account.  If you do not receive the activate account email, check your junk mail or contact us at prenatal.classes@sunnybrook.ca to activate your account for you.

  5. Click on the Classes menu link to view available class types, dates and details.

  6. Choose the class or tour you want to register for by clicking the “Register Now” button.

  7. Once you have successfully registered, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which will serve as your receipt. 

  8. Payment is due as soon as your enrollment is complete.  You may pay online through your account with VISA or MasterCard.

    You may pay by cheque, cash or interact by coming to our office Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Please note that your enrollment will not be complete until payment is received.

Changing Your Registration   

  1. If you need to cancel any class or tour, email us at prenatal.classes@sunnybrook.ca or call: (416) 480-5368 and we will contact you to arrange a refund as long as we have been given 2 weeks notice.
     

  2. If you need to change the dates of your class or tour, email us at prenatal.classes@sunnybrook.ca or call: (416) 480-5368 and we will contact you to see if there is another class available that we can move you to. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible and we do need 2 weeks notice.

  3. If you deliver prior to the start of your Prenatal Series email us at prenatal.classes@sunnybrook.ca  and we will provide refund options.
