Summer at St. George’s

It is important to recognize that the major health concern in British Columbia remains the COVID-19 virus.   Health authorities have advised that the virus is highly contagious.  Testing for the virus is not generally available in British Columbia and it is possible for individuals carrying the virus to be asymptomatic for a period of time.

INFORMED CONSENT:
The School will take direction from the Provincial Health Officer and the Ministry of Education as well as other applicable Provincial authorities but cannot ensure that students attending the Program are free of the virus and that no transmission of the virus will occur among participants during the Program, or from a participant to their family.

The School asks each family to apply their own judgment in light of their wishes and circumstances.
