 Greenheck Turner Community Center Refund Policy

Activity Refunds

There are no refunds for an activity once it has begun. Refunds may be given, less $5 service fee, if the request to withdraw is received at least 7 days prior to the start of the activity.

  • If the Greenheck Turner Community Center cancels a program in its entirety, a full refund will be given or applied as a credit to your account to be used at a future time.
  • There may be occasions that a single class, game or session of a program is cancelled due to weather, facility shutdown, staff illness, etc.  We will attempt to reschedule but if we are unable to, no credit or refund will be given.

Membership Refunds

There are no refunds for Memberships once use has begun.

Facility Rental Refunds

Refunds for Facility rentals will not be provided unless cancellation notification is received at least 30 days prior to your facility rental date. No exceptions allowed.
